Luxury Sport Auto came to DealerFire with a vision—high-performance vehicles deserve a high-performance digital experience. Tasked with designing within the constraints of DealerFire’s Engine6 platform, I engineered a bespoke front-end experience that merges bold aesthetics with intuitive functionality.
To guide users through the dealership’s offerings, I implemented a custom HTML carousel directly below the main hero image featuring OEM logos—each logo dynamically routes to the corresponding inventory page. This UX enhancement was driven by observed user behavior: shoppers often browse by brand first, not model. The carousel streamlines that journey, reducing friction and increasing engagement.
Beyond the carousel, I crafted tailored hover states, manual CSS overrides, and responsive design elements that elevate the platform’s native structure. Custom button styling, navigation interactions, and hero visuals were coded directly into the framework to maintain brand consistency across devices and screen sizes.
To reinforce the luxury tone, I curated and processed all imagery using Adobe Photoshop, sourcing from Adobe Stock to reflect both the high-end nature of the inventory and the regional market.
In addition to layout and interaction design, I selected and applied typography to establish a consistent visual hierarchy across headlines, buttons, and calls to action. These choices were integrated into a lightweight style guide embedded within the platform, reinforcing brand identity and improving maintainability.
The final result is a polished digital showroom—sleek, immersive, and aligned with the expectations of a discerning automotive audience.
Designed to be fully responsive and high-performing across all viewports, this project showcases my ability to work within a proprietary CMS (DealerFire’s Ignite platform) while pushing its visual and functional boundaries through direct HTML and CSS injection. Rather than relying on external design tools or mockups, I used rapid iteration directly in the live environment—allowing for real-time testing, refinement, and adaptation to platform constraints.
Special attention was given to the mobile experience, ensuring the design remained intuitive, fast-loading, and visually consistent across devices. With many users browsing dealership inventory on the go, I optimized key touchpoints like navigation, image scaling, padding, and button placement to support effortless browsing and engagement on smaller screens—without compromising the brand’s premium feel.
